 The job of every teacher is to teach the subjects well included in the syllabus.

 Bengali teachers will teach Bengali subjects well, English teachers will teach English subjects well, just like science teachers will teach science subjects well to the students.

 But he has discussed the subject of religion, excluding the subject of science. How much does it apply to a science teacher?

 What is the salary allowance given to teachers?

 The simple answer is to teach students.

 The main purpose of teaching students in the educational institution is so that they can serve the country and the people by passing the exams and taking up different professions.

 But when a teacher discusses only the best subjects outside the main subject, they can be an obstacle in passing the exam.

 But Hridoy Babu has discussed religion in his science class. It is not main matter that, which subject of science is read by Hridoy Babu, but he is involved in arguments about religion instead of teaching science, this is a complex subject.

 Hridoy Babu should have taught the subject directly without discussing the subject when the students started arguing with him about religion.

 But he did not do so and argued about religion in vain. It should never have happened to him.

 So it should never be said unilaterally that Hridoy Babu has hurt religious feelings.

Also it should never be said that Hridoy Babu has been arrested and sent to jail without any guilt.

 Because Hridoy Babu can never avoid the responsibility of arguing in the class about the outside of the subject.

🌟 It is not just a matter of Hridoy Babu, it should be instructed to the teachers of every educational institution in every country that, not pass the time by discussing or arguing about any other subject except the subject of their class.

  If a teacher has a hobby of asserting his or her own scholarship, he or she can do so by writing on the Internet or uploading videos to YouTube.

 And don't waste the government's salary and students' time by unnecessarily arguing or discussing other subjects, excluding the subject matter of own class.

প্রত্যেক শিক্ষকের কাজ হচ্ছে সিলেবাসের অন্তর্ভুক্ত বিষয়গুলো শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে ভালো করে পড়ানো।

বাংলার শিক্ষক বাংলার পাঠ্য বিষয় ভালোভাবে পড়াবেন, ইংরেজির শিক্ষক ইংরেজির পাঠ্য বিষয় ভালোভাবে পড়াবেন, তেমনি বিজ্ঞান শিক্ষকও বিজ্ঞানের পাঠ্য বিষয়গুলো ভালোভাবে শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে পড়াবেন।

কিন্তু হৃদয় মণ্ডল বিজ্ঞান এর বিষয়বস্তু বাদ দিয়ে তিনি ধর্মের বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা করেছেন। এটা একজন বিজ্ঞান শিক্ষকের জন্য কতটুকু প্রযোজ্য?

শিক্ষকদেরকে বেতন ভাতা দেওয়া হয় কীসের জন্য?

এর সহজ উত্তর হলো, শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে পড়ানোর জন্য।

শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে পড়ানোর মূল উদ্দেশ্যই হচ্ছে ওরা যাতে পরীক্ষায় পাশ করে বিভিন্ন পেশা গ্রহণ করে দেশ ও মানুষের সেবা করতে পারে।

কিন্তু যখন কোন শিক্ষক মূল পাঠ্য বিষয় বাদ দিয়ে পাঠ্য বিষয়ের বাইরের যত ভালো বিষয়ের ব্যাপারেই আলোচনা করেন, তাহলে সেগুলো পরীক্ষায় পাসের বাধা হতে পারে।

কিন্তু হৃদয় বাবু তিনির বিজ্ঞান ক্লাসে ধর্ম নিয়ে আলোচনা করেছেন। হৃদয় বাবু বিজ্ঞানের কোন বিষয়ের শিক্ষক সেটা মূল বিষয় না, বরং তিনি বিজ্ঞান পড়ানোর পরিবর্তে ধর্ম নিয়ে তর্কে জড়িয়েছেন, এটাই একটা জটিল বিষয়।

হৃদয় বাবুর উচিত ছিল, যখন শিক্ষার্থীরা ধর্ম প্রসঙ্গে তিনির সঙ্গে তর্ক করা শুরু করেছিল তখন তিনি বিষয়টি আলোচনা না করে সরাসরি পাঠ্য বিষয় পড়ানো।

কিন্তু তিনি সেটা না করে অযথাই ধর্ম নিয়ে তর্ক করেছেন। এটা তিনির জন্য কখনই উচিত হয়নি।

তাই একতরফাভাবে এটা কখনই বলা উচিত হবে না যে, হৃদয় বাবু ধর্মীয় অনুভূতিতে আঘাত করেছেন।

আবার কখনই এটা বলা উচিত হবে না যে, হৃদয় বাবুকে বিনা অপরাধে গ্রেফতার করে কারাগারে প্রেরণ করা হয়েছে।

কেননা পাঠ্য বিষয় বাদ দিয়ে পাঠ্য বিষয়ের বাইরের বিষয় নিয়ে ক্লাসে তর্ক করার দায় হৃদয় বাবু কখনই এড়াতে পারেন না।

🌟 শুধু হৃদয় বাবু বলে কোন কথা না, প্রত্যেকটা দেশের প্রত্যেকটা শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষককে এটা নির্দেশ দেয়া উচিত, নিজেদের ক্লাসের পাঠ্য বিষয় বাদ দিয়ে অন্য কোন বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা অথবা তর্ক করে টাইম পাস করতে পারবেন না।

 যদি কোন শিক্ষকের নিজের পণ্ডিতি জাহির করার শখ থেকে থাকে তাহলে তিনি ইন্টারনেটে লেখালেখি করে অথবা ইউটিউবে ভিডিও আপলোড করে সেটা করতে পারেন।

এবং অযথাই নিজের ক্লাসের পাঠ্য বিষয় বাদ দিয়ে অন্য বিষয় নিয়ে তর্ক অথবা আলোচনা করে পণ্ডিতি জাহির করার মাধ্যমে সরকারের দেয়া বেতন এবং শিক্ষার্থীদের সময়ের অপচয় যাতে না করেন।

এটা আশা করা যেতেই পারে যে, হৃদয় বাবু তো বটেই, ভবিষ্যতে কোন শিক্ষক নিজের পাঠ্য বিষয় বাদ দিয়ে অন্য কোন বিষয় নিয়ে ক্লাসে অযথাই আলোচনা করবেন না এবং শিক্ষার্থীদের প্ররোচনায় ফালতু তর্কে জড়াবেন না। ©️All Right Reserved by Junayed Ashrafur Rahman
